Before the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Tingjin organized excursions to a number of regattas abroad. For instance, we have taken part in the Japanese Toda Masters regatta and youth rowing competitions held in Belgium. With the end of the pandemic, we have the opportunity to compete abroad again, with many exciting events around the corner, of which this year’s Head of The Charles Regatta is bound to be a highlight.
The Toda International Rowing Masters Regatta in Japan is a renowned regatta in Asia. Tingjin has regularly been in attendance, participating in the competition for three consecutive years from 2017. We have had good success at this regatta, winning a total of 17 gold medals so far.

The Toda Rowing Course is renowned in the Asian rowing community. It was developed in the 1930s, and became the venue for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. After more than half a century of development, the Toda Rowing Course has become a rowing training base for many universities and clubs in Japan, and is considered the holy land by many Asian rowing enthusiasts. The 11th Toda International Rowing Masters attracted many rowing clubs from the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan and other places.
