We train at Xuanwu Lake daily from Tuesday to Sunday, with a rest day each Monday. We provide training for beginners, for whom we arrange professional coaches to help teach the rowing technique and knowledge. We also offer training for more experienced athletes, with our coaches arranging competitions, rowing drills, ergometer training, gym strength training, endurance training as well as other systematic programs. Our coaches tailor each session based on the athlete’s level and experience, which can include 6-12 kilometers on our buoyed 1km course, or a long-distance training session of 18 kilometers around the lake. Our facilities and coaching experience enable our members to row in the boats that match their interests and personal goals, such as our array of sculling boats, pairs, fours and eights. The club will develop a training plan based on your own personal goals. Our club even prepares some surprises for our VIP members on their birthdays.
